During the service, our technicians will complete the following:
- Inspect heat exchanges for defects
- Lubricate all motors as needed
- Check for refrigerant leaks
- Check all wire connections
- Electric strip heat
- Check burners combustion air
- Inspect burners
- Check and calibrate thermostat
- Check delta-T and temperature rise
- Check operating pressure, temperature, super heat or sub cooling
